I've taken up hiking again after completing the WestCoast Trail this past June. It's inspired a few others to take up hiking again also. We do live in one of the most majestic places on earth. Time to get out there and experience it while building a healthy body with a healthy mind.
I've had a few people curious about joining in this form of excercise (and adventure) but not sure how to prepare. While this video is for ladies, the premise is comfort and function. Listen carefully, the narrator speaks quickly but speaks wisely. The key is "layering".
