Inside this home (for sale) you would find a brand new kitchen with new appliances, granite counter top, new main bathroom, new washer/dryer...
Yet the first thing one sees is this front door. Doesn't give a good impression, does it? I've had buyers make comments when they see things like this,
"The owners don't seem to take care of the home."
"I wonder what is wrong with things I can't see."
"They must be short on money and anxious to sell."
What impression do you want to give prospective buyers?
